Let’s Discuss Dairy

Hi everyone! Bob, here. My goal this month is to supply you with some interesting information that might be of assistance in helping you decide whether or not is it a good idea to include dairy in your diet. My intent is to  provoke thought and discussion. I am breaking this discussion into segments: 1. Cheese. 2. Butter. 3. Milk. 4. The Vegan Alternative to Dairy. I’ll try and direct you to some hopefully balanced information on each topic. Please keep in mind that I am not a scientist, a doctor, or nutritionist. I’m just a guy. I have no ax to grind. I have read enough articles the last few weeks in preparing for this to make me come to the conclusion that there is no single answer. You can line up arguments pro-dairy and anti-dairy. They all have a point to be made. Sometimes I think that scientists and researchers have an agenda. It might be a good idea to ask who is paying them and factor that in when evaluating their conclusions. It’s our responsibility to make the best decision for ourselves in the light of our own personal health situation and that of our families. So, here we go.
