Sun Exposure
Excessive exposure to the sun the the primary risk factor for developing skin cancer.
The UV photo above shows the unseen damage caused by the sun.
Overexposure to the sun does more than just cause skin cancer. Wrinkles, age spots, freckles, precancerous tumors, benign tumors and more are attributed to too much sun exposure.
This exposure is most important before the age of 18 years old.
