Hi! I am using the data from flights climbed with my iphone health app (16 stairs per flight on average).

Total of 596 steps. While I didn’t beat last week’s steps, I did still get more steps in than my first week and that was being unable to access stairs for 2 days so overall feeling very accomplished. So thankful for the opportunity to improve my health.
I know the challenge is to count steps but I reached my personal goal of 200 flights of stairs, with 10 feet of gain each flight for a total elevation gain of 2000ft/day. Which happens to the same distance from the trailhead at Manker Flats to the ski hut at Mt Baldy.
